MMTC has celebrated the annual sports meet on 24-3-2018

INTERNATIONAL FOREST DAY CELEBRATION

The Natural Science association "UNIVERSUM" has celebrated the International Forest Day on March 21. We had conducted an awareness programme about the importants of forest and the significance of forest is to be protected.

As a part of National forest Day celebration the students are planted a Mango tree.

NO SMOKING DAY CELEBRATION

The Natural Science association has celebrated the No Smoking Day..No smoking day is an annual health awareness day in the United Kingdom which is intended to help smokers who want to quit smoking. The first no smoking day was on Ash Wednesday in 1984 and it now it takes place on the second Wednesday in March.

Posters and videos related to the harmful effects of smoking were presented as a part of programme. Akhil Rajan speaks about the health problems and hazards related to the smoking.

Nisha Babu has presented an awareness video about smoking and how it affects the humans.

This No Smoking day celebration can bring an awareness.

SCHOOL INDUCTION PROGRAMME

SCHOOL INDUCTION PROGRAMME 

As part of the BEd second semester we have conducted a school induction programme.

I got Chemmanthoor High school for the induction programme. The induction programme were started on 18 January 2018 and lasts till 27 January 2018. This programmes helped to understand various things about a school such as school loaclity,school history,present status of the school,management body,school parliament,Office records,school daily routine,PTA,Welfare activities, important day celebrations, facilities in school, curricular activity,co-curricular activity,remedial classes,noon feeding etc. Also got an oppertunity to interact with School Headmistress Mrs.Geethamani Amma, Biology teacher Mrs. Sreedevi teacher, and non teaching staffs. The school induction programme was on January 18,19,23,25 and 27.

It was very helpful to know everything about a school.
